To reserve an apartment it is necessary to pay a deposit of 1/3 of the total rent. The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of arrival. A further deposit of 100 euros must be paid on collecting the keys. In case of cancellation a minimum of 50 euros must be paid to cover expenses. If cancellation is effected with less than 15 days notice, the total amount of rent must be paid. Arrival day and departure day in the months of July and August is only Saturday. (Minim stay 7 days.) All other months arrival and departure can be any day of the week. (Minim stay 5 days.)
